Runner’s Knee also known as (Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome) is pain that runners typically get just below the knee cap at the patella tendon.  KT Tape can add the extra support needed to the knee that can prevent strain to the tendon.

TIP #1:  Prior to adhering the tape, shave any hair where the tape will be applied and prep with rubbing alcohol. Make sure the area is completely dry before applying tape.

TIP #2:  When applying the tape, keep in mind that the tape will stretch  1 and 1/2 times its length. So when applying the tape pull with a fair amount of tension but do not “over stretch”.
