Instructions
  1. Remove the green skin from the zucchini and discard.
  2. Add all the smoothie ingredients to a blender and blitz on high for 1 minute. It should be the consistency of pudding.
  3. Scrape down the sides of the container if needed during the blending time. Add extra liquid if desired.
  4. Divide the mixture between 4 bowls
  5. Top with mixed berries, sliced banana, cacao nibs, nuts and oats.
